Install AIOBilling on your hosting
Your licence comes with the download: sign in to the License Center -> My licences -> Download.
The zip is on your account on the License Center, next to your licence key. Without a key AIOBilling runs with 5 clients so you can try it.

What is newFour steps from a zip to a working billing system
It takes about two minutes, plus the cron line.
- Upload and extract
Create a domain or sub-domain on your hosting. Upload the zip from your account to its folder, for example public_html, and extract it there. The files index.php and install.php must sit directly in that folder.
- Open the address and follow five steps
Open https://YOUR-DOMAIN/install.php. The wizard has five steps: Requirements, Database, Company and administrator, Licence, Done. Paste your licence key in step 4, or skip it and try with 5 clients.
- Add the cron line
The automation needs one cron job every 5 minutes. Open the Cron Jobs page of your hosting and add this line, with your own user name and folder.
$*/5 * * * * php /home/USER/public_html/cron/cron.phpSetup > Automation Settings shows the exact line for your installation, and a web cron address if your host cannot run PHP from the command line.
- Sign in and make it yours
Sign in at https://YOUR-DOMAIN/admin with the administrator you made. The first-day chapter of the manual takes you through your company name, currency, mail, a first product, a payment gateway and a test order.
System requirements
- A web host or server with PHP 7.4 or newer (8.x recommended) and MySQL 5.7+ / MariaDB 10.3+
- PHP extensions pdo_mysql, curl, json, mbstring, openssl, zip (gd and intl recommended)
- A domain or sub-domain pointed at the folder (the licence is bound to it)
- A cron job every 5 minutes (or a web cron) for the automation
- Merchant accounts at the payment gateways you want to offer; registrar API accounts for automatic domain registration

The zip never contains your settings, your uploads or your data, so an update never overwrites them.
