Clients get a text or a WhatsApp message the moment an invoice is created or paid, a service is suspended, staff reply to a ticket, or an order is placed (to your own numbers). Providers: a generic HTTP GET/POST template that fits any Bangladeshi or international SMS gateway, Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp), BulkSMSBD and GREEN-API for WhatsApp. Every event has its own editable message with merge fields; clients set their number and opt in from the client area; a log and a test-send form live in the admin area.
